Safety Car is Race Direction.

When available, safety car will open the practice or qualifying session with a solo lap and pit at the end of that lap.

Until the Sim Racing Series app hasn't this functionality automated:

on session start: Pit Lane Exit is Closed until Safety Car pits in.

Race Start Procedures with Safety Car

Standing Start

Safety Car jump to the pits.

Rolling Start

Immediate depart: Safety car lead formation lap immediately, pit at the end of that lap, green lights /flags as soon as safety car enter the pits.

Promotional depart: Grid stays frozen for 120 sec for live streaming marketing and presentation purposes, then safety car lead formation lap, pit at the end of that lap, green lights /flags as soon as safety car enter the pits.
